You Find Peace When You’re Still

You find peace when you are still.

Sometimes we become too comfortable with our burdens and obstacles and live with them and foolishly protect them. But I learned that you find peace when you are still.

Why should I waste valuable time burdening myself with the inconsiderations of others by way of their thoughts, ideas and suggestions whose only purpose is to be a burden? Peace and joy is too valuable for me to spend it on inconsideration.

I’m not suggesting to anyone to avoid accountability or dare to be irresponsible. I’m encouraging you to address your fears. Confront your burdens and put away those inconsiderations, struggles, hang-ups and biases that has plagued you for years. Go further. Go beyond your fears.

When you have the courage to seek peace and the patience, faith, consideration and an open mind enough to be still, you might be blown away by what you find.

I could go on about the troubles I have had, but it is not about me. It’s not about you. It’s about our pursuit of peace, joy and happiness, not our troubles or fears.

Let us stop spending so much time and energy trying to be right, but on trying to find peace. We’ve got to look at what we’re doing and determine whether that is what makes for peace.

What you may have been born or called to do awaits you. Address your fears.

Understand that your heart is your compass, your spirit is your guide. Listen!

You find peace when you are still.

The storms you may be experiencing requires your staunch calmness while others are frantic. Stop worrying about it. You’re going to make it. Consider what you got.

You find peace when you are still.
