Embracing the healthy lifestyle is the way we do it at the THR offices. And this year it’s going to be especially fun because PANTONE has deemed Ultra Violet, the color of the year!

Foods like blueberries, blackberries, purple carrots, cabbage, or juicy concord grapes, pack a megadose of antioxidants which combat premature aging that can be caused by human and environmental free radicals such as sunlight, air pollutions, stress, poor eating habits, and smoking. Adding purple hued foods boosts the body’s immune system, keeping aging and inflammation away.
