My rule that I though of was…

Take 1 selfie/photo every time I watch Grey’s Anatomy.

I definitely watched it more than 12 times this week but of course I forgot to take a selfie some of the times that I watched it so I only have 8 Selfies

I picked this rule because I have been obsessed with watching this show lately, so i thought it would be fun to see how many times I watched the show throughout the week, but I fell through because I forgot to take a selfie some of the times that I watched it this week.

If I had a team of 5 people trying to come up with a business marketing plan, I would have everyone list 3 things a day for the whole week, for example:

Monday: list three of your favorite foods

Tuesday: list three of your favorite clothing brands

and etc…
