After watching the concept of Procrastination (avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished), I wana try myself through Pomodoro technique. I know this is impossible for me due to procrastination but I took it as a challange. This is very helpful for me because my paper is going on. So, I decided to check myself in revision of chapter and check either I succeed or not. I took a pencil, a paper and a watch and then switch off my mobile to remove the distraction and I choose the Library for study. I have to revise 4 chapters and I select 25 minutes for every chapter and after completing the every chapter I take some rest so that I feel burden free.

When I started the 1st chapter one of my friend came and offer me to take a cup of tea. Now, the gratification monkey divert my mind as the picture show. But I have to complete the challange and also prepared my exam. Now the panic monster scared the gratification monkey (me) and I refuced the offer.

Now my focus is only on study and I complete the chapter 2 minutes before the deadline. I was very happy that I complete the challanges and then I mark first challange complete on paper and then I complete the remaining 3 chapter.

To do this activity, I was well prepared for the exam and I attempted the exam very easily. Now, I have to make a plan to use pomodoro technique in all my project. Hope this will give me better ideas about the project and I will focus my project easily. I learned how can I managed my time as well as handle the problems.
