Good points. I guess onboarding your clients might be the key challenge. Maybe create a one-pager about your process or just send them the link to your post before you start working on the project. Then you can just reference to it during the process.

Slack: I needed to explain the notification system to my clients. We also implemented some rules like “only write a private message/my name if it is urgent”. This guarantees that they can always reach me (in case of emergency) and I don’t get too many notifications. Good luck!
