Lime with Intelligent Mischief & Pampi for our first monthly artist salon of 2016! 
 
 Lime — Origin: West Indian/Caribbean. meaning (v): hanging out/socializing in an informal relaxing environment, especially with friends. Eating, drinking and having a good time.

Share in building beloved community, enjoy a delicious Caribbean meal and hear Pampi’s vision for how artists of color can make Boston a more just and equitable city.
 
 This is a POC only space and we’re encouraging creatives to come thru (“creatives” is up to your own interpretation).

SOUND

Where: Stage Nightclub (19 Boylston PL. Boston, MA)

When: 3PM - 6PM

Ladies and Gentlemen we present to another opportunity to #ExperienceSound. On Saturday January 30, 2016, the 5th session of Sound will be held at Stage Nightclub (19 Boylston PL. Boston, MA) and feature guest instructor Lady Dork (@Ladydork). Lady Dork has been traveling all over the country teaching and helping people with anything from back bends to inversions. She will be teaching Vinyasa flow yoga that focuses on core and hip openers. The class is designed for all levels. The sequence will begin with a warm-up followed by the exploration of various ways to practice popular hip opening and core poses. After a necessary cool down session, we will conclude with a social mixer a.k.a MIMOSAS!!!
 
 As always, BYOM (bring your own mat) there will be a limited number available for those in need and complimentary hydration provided by Essentia Water.
 
 Last but not least there will always be surprises and who doesn’t love surprises??

Sound. is a visual expression of your body in motion, an interpretation of how you connect to all of your senses while becoming centered and balanced. Paired with Future sounds, this active social experience will both rejuvenate and refresh.

H.O.P.E. INC would like to take this time to thank everyone that has supported our monthly open mics. You have made our vision a reality and more incredible than we ever imagined. 
 
 It’s only right that we continue to spread the love, positivity and talent in our community at the Dudley Cafe this coming February. 
 
 Our feature this month is the extremely talented Simply the Warrior Michael W. Bonds Spokenwordsmith, Motivator, Activist and Author of Gunz Poems and Rosez and The Write. 
 He will have copies of his book for purchase as well, highly recommend you grab a copy!

Why do we ask you to join us?…
 To experience a night of positivity, to relax, to listen and view indescribable talent, and to taste Kwasi Kwaa’s delicious Chop Bar featuring an array of West African Street food.
 
 Sign up will be from 8–9pm, as we would like to give everyone enough time to perform and have our feature perform at 9:30pm sharp.
