The question is if you are truly removing “all” in person interaction, or just leveling the playing field during team meetings. It is REALLY annoying to be the remote employee who can’t get a word in edgewise, or hear the in person conversations because the group sitting around the computer started talking among themselves and forgot to speak into the microphone.
