How we change the structure for international expansion
Still in 2017, all rights of the system, brand, code, and manufacturing will be transfered to a new company, TE-FOOD International GmbH in Switzerland (Update: Gibraltar/Germany).
TE-FOOD International will operate through local offices (daughter companies) and local partners (distributors), whichever solution is the most optimal for the implementation of the TE-FOOD system.
