Analyzing the current modding scene for Grim Dawn.

The more I look at what people have done or are doing, I’m amazed at how close Grimmer Dawn already is. (I’m just kidding, there’s a lot that needs to be done, and we haven’t even started, but I’m thinking about the amazing enhancements and overhauls people have already done.)

Ahem. I wanted to take a bit to look at some of the current mods I will be watching, testing, and critiquing in the coming months. So let’s get started.

Project Cornucopia

Made by Ceno and adoomgod, Project Cornucopia seeks to re-balance Grim Dawn, and has been done with a lot of attention to detail.

Combat Overhaul

Made by NormalGuy, I will be studying Combat Overhaul very closely. Enemies are fewer in numbers but more powerful overall.

Lost Treasures

Made by okami29, the mod Lost Treasures does well to add new items and skills and so much more.

Omega Mod

Made by okami29, the Omega Mod is intended to extend the end-game of Grim Dawn, and will be interesting to watch.

Made by multiple people, Grimarillion is a mod compilation that will be worth watching closely as well.

There are a number of other mods worth mentioning, but for now this will suffice. I will come back to this topic in the future, doing further “analysis” on the above mods, and increasing the overall number of mods listed.
