No matter how much people make memes around engineering, it is no denying that it is still one of the prestigious degrees to have.

Exam time can be a little too stressful for some people. So here are a few tips that I found are imperative for success in IPU’s semester exams:

1. Know your pattern well: IPU syllabus doesn’t change frequently so the question paper format is almost same every year. So first go through the previous year question papers maybe last 2–3 years will be fine. Try to analyse the format like the no. of questions asked, no. of internal or external choices given etc. Also look at the topics that are mostly asked and mark them in your textbooks’ index.

2. Go for notes/video lectures: Textbooks can be a little too complex if you don’t have much time left for your exams. Studying from notes and video lectures save your crucial time.

3. Learn how to write your answer sheets: Writing an answer sheet is an art which can be mastered over time. Teachers mostly do not go through your answers line by line instead look at how the answer is framed. This doesn’t mean you can write rubbish in your answers. If that topic includes a diagram try to memorize it. Diagrams provide a nice impression to the teacher.

Now you must be thinking where you could find your question papers and notes/video lectures etc. because searching for them can take your crucial time which can be used productively to learn something else. That’s where NotesHub comes in.
