Nicolas, thanks for writing the article.

I am curious why you implicitly maintain the “Core” view that technologically, adding Segwit and adjusting block size settings are mutually exclusive, or even at odds with each other. For the longest time, blocks on average were mined at a fraction of the 1 MB limit, now having ‘scaled’ to push against the limit every time.

P.S. The comment about Chinese miner language issues is entirely inappropriate, as for so many participants in the ecosystem English is a second language.
