The image for this element is a red circle sort of around your belly button, only at the muscle level, inside. You’ll feel where it sits. The circle flows clockwise and emanates heat as you breathe into it. The monks used the balancing of this element to be able to meditate in the cold mountains without dying.

Fire is an expansive element, energetic, transforms what is around it. It is also frail sometimes, a little blow and out it is. Balancing it provides you with vital energy, fights laziness and crankiness, and is good for your back.
