Elon Musk has plans for Solar City ☀️ to build a solar roof for your house🏠 !

Don’t they already have solar panels on roofs? Yes, but Elon isn’t talking about putting solar panels on your roof, he is talking about making your wholeee roof a solar panel! 🏡 Instead of having ugly solar panels on your roof, you could have a beautiful roof made from “solar gathering material”.

As you know, Elon Musk created Tesla and SpaceX. His current involvement in Solar City is being on the board, instead of acting as a company executive. However, there is a $2.6 Billion 💸 deal in progress where Tesla will buy Solar City. I wonder what Elon’s involvement will be if that deal goes through!

The solar roof will undoubtedly cost more than a normal roof but will save you money on your energy bill. Is it worth it⁉️
