Which iPhone Should I buy? — The Ultimate Guide
The only guide you’ll need to make the decision.
With a bunch of different options available in the market, it’s getting harder and harder, to find the best iPhone which well suits your budget and needs. But it doesn’t have to be that complex, in this article, I’ll be simplifying which iPhone which suits your budget and requirements. So, with that said, let’s get straight into the details.
Before getting into which one is right for you, and which one is not, it’s good to know the candidates, for the final choice. For the sake of simplicity I had taken:
- iPhone SE
- iPhone 12
- iPhone 13
- iPhone 14
I had not taken their pro and mini, versions, but if you are someone, who likes to go with the Pro models or the Mini models, then you need not to worry. Select the best iPhone, and go with its Pro/ Mini version.
iPhone SE
If you ask me, the iPhone SE deserves a special space in this list. Not only it’s the only iPhone, which comes with a fingerprint sensor, but if one of the most value for money from Apple, and the cheapest one on the list as well.
Who should buy iPhone SE?
- If you don’t want to spend too much on your iPhone and don’t want those outdated models, then considering something like iPhone SE, will be a solid choice.
- If you want a fingerprint sensor, that single reason is strong enough to consider the iPhone SE, over others.
iPhone 12
For those, who don’t want the fingerprint sensor, don’t want those big bezels, but still are on a tight budget, then considering iPhone 12, should be a no-brainer. I don’t recommend buying the iPhone 11, previous unless you desperately want an iPhone, and you can only afford those models, and getting the latest model -2 is a good formula. Which one must consider.
Who should buy iPhone 12?
- If you are on a tight budget and don’t want to consider the iPhone SE, then going with the iPhone 12, will make a lot of sense.
- If you are a normal user, doing normal stuff, on your device, like content consumption, then you really don’t need to spend extra bucks for iPhone 13 or iPhone 14.
iPhone 13
Ok, so iPhone 13 is in the weird spot between the iPhone 12, and iPhone 14, making it hard to justify.
Who should buy it?
- If you want an iPhone, that’s not too expensive, and still is not too old. Then considering the iPhone 13, will be a solid choice.
- If you are considering upgrading from previous models, then buying the iPhone 13, makes sense, not only you are getting a host of different features. But you are also getting it at a discount, as it's not the latest one.
iPhone 14
The latest and greatest in the market. If you want it, you know it. There’s not much to talk about here. So, let’s look straight at who should consider it.
Who should buy it?
- If you are someone who wants to get the best options available in the market then go for it. If money is not a concern, in that case also it might make sense.
- If you specifically want the features that the iPhone 14 has to provide, in that case too, considering something like the iPhone 14, makes sense.
