Matthieu, I agree! I had a few interactions with smaller bots that left me completely confused and had assumed I could type ‘help’ and get some assistance or instructions. To my surprise, they didn’t know the word. I expected bigger brands to do better — but on several interactions I was left disappointed. How do you not build in that interaction?
