Structure and Function of Cryogenic Pipes

1. The LNG high vacuum insulation tube is composed of an inner tube, an outer tube and a multi-layer insulation material, and the interlayer is composed of a multi-layer insulation material to reduce radiation heat transfer;

2. The LNG high vacuum and low temperature tube interlayer is pumped into a high vacuum state to reduce convective heat transfer;

3. The inner and outer tubes of the LNG high-vacuum cryogenic tube are separated by materials with low thermal conductivity to reduce solid heat transfer, so as to control the cooling loss of the inner tube to a minimum and fully meet the requirements of cryogenic liquids (LO2, LN2, LAr, LH2, LHe, LEG, LNG) and other long-distance transportation.
