Every customer is unique and comes in with an expectation which is usually riding on whichever mood they bring in.

Meeting up with this expectation and keeping up with their mood is very important and the first step is usually ensuring they have access to whatever medium is required to deliver their expected service.

The next step involves being courteous; friendly, polite, considerate and respectful which is a strong determinant of whether the customer stays to make their request,

and lastly; is providing a perfect communication channel which involves matching customer with product that suits their specific need.

PRODUCT

Choices as we know has been a problem which each and every person experiences. Each customer has a need which they want a solution for and expect to find. Running a one-stop shop requires meeting this need and involves:

●Keeping all senses open in order to ‘hear’ what the need is and giving our undivided attention to each customer.

●Processing all information provided to reach an understanding and asking questions for further clarification so as to meet anticipated needs.

●Finally, responding in a positive language so as not to make our customer uncomfortable while keeping in mind the business’s core values.

SERVICE

Coming finally to the main purpose of the business, this is to provide the best service amongst all things and can be best measured by our customer satisfaction. Having this in mind and serving our customers involves helping our customers to understand our system of getting things done which ensures a smooth and simplified transaction process.
