Day 20 … July 11, 2016 … 250 days to go.

Hello on Day 20!

After a 4 hour trail walk/hike/run YESTERDAY, I decided today would be a CYCLING DAY. Walked my bike a mile to the bike shop, had the rear tire flat fixed in 15 minutes, and rode north on OAK STREET, west on EAGLE MILL, and back to town (including the monster uphill) on Highway 99. (It was probably only a 45-minute ride, but the big hill and the warm sunshine gave the ride a little bit of a WORKOUT feel.) HA HA.

No other exercising today, but have plans for a jog around the town on Tuesday — after a couple of morning errands. (Nothing wrong with some URBAN JOGGING!)
