Set Goals You Strongly Care About (Do Things You Can Sustain)

Great post, Thomas Oppong. In my experience, people like the habit of setting goals because it feels productive, but they underrate the confidence that comes with completing a daily list and the momentum that can be created. What’s helped me is setting even the most modest of daily goals (e.g. read 10 pages) that I know I can finish. Before long, finishing my daily list becomes a habit and then you start to roll.
