First thought: That image is a 3 1/4" disk which is not even floppy, unless you take the recording media out of the housing. You have to go back to 8" disks before they are really floppy.

Second thought: I do most all my work in Google Docs/Drive so the only time I need to “Save” is when I need a “file” to download or attach or something. A dogeared page — or something similar — would probably be a better image for this since it’s in keeping with the file and folder metaphor.

And finally, using the English word “Save” is a horrible idea. You may as well put that on the image of a white male wearing a t-shirt.
