I think the whole college debt situation is a result of student protests in the ‘60s. My generation abused their privledges and your generation is paying the price. Who wants to pay for students who won’t go to class?

This passage has a couple problems the author should take a look at (I couldn’t find a way to attach a note to the paragraph): “Most likely, they imagine brown faces. Because don’t forget, part of what a lot of people mean what they talk about what poverty looks like is a statement on and race in America. When the man at WorkSource told me I didn’t “look poor enough,” my whiteness was probably a big part of that sentiment.”
