Don’t Drop Out

It’s usually wise to spend some time figuring out where you want to go before you set off on your trip/life. I really like the idea of a Classical Education or the Great Books education. However, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have invested the money it costs today to get the liberal arts education I got in the ‘70s.

Of the many classes (in many different colleges) I took, it was a random exposure to Boolean algebra in a symbolic logic class that started my auto-didactic programming career a decade later. You never know where education is going to lead you.
