Hello Anthony,

As SF has become overwhelmed with the amount of lifestyle magazines, it is important to create new and fresh content that hasn’t been regurgitated over and over again.

My name is Ted Baird and I am a freelance writer/stylist. I am in talks with this new Japanese/Italian restaurant that just recently opened in the Financial District. The blending of Japanese and Italian food is a rare pairing thus making its debut the perfect place for Bob Cut.

I will be attending a private tasting on February 25th and will be at the opening on March 1st. I will have a photographer attending with me as well to document the night.
