That cursor doesn’t stop blinking. It may be the most patient, yet utterly maddening thing on the planet.

Blink. Blink. Blink….

No matter how long you let it sit or ignore it or not type anything, it continues to blink. Slow, steady, consistent, never changing, never ending.

This wasn’t what I was actually going to write. But as I sat here trying to figure out what I really wanted to write and express, the cursor continued to blink at me, just waiting for my fingers to hit the keys. So, I hit the keys.
