Bad Cop: LEBRON LITERALLY LET KYRIE GO ISO IN THE FINAL MINUTE OF A TIED GAME 7 IN THE NBA FINALS. WHAT ELSE DOES HE HAVE TO DO FOR KYRIE?

Or was it the other way around? Last time I check, almost all sports analysts/pundits and former-players-turned-analysts worth their salt agree that Lebron James usually disappears in the clutch and would rather have someone else carry the responsibility of taking the big shot during the last moments of a crucial game. And this trait of James is well documented. That’s why the so-called “king” needed Wade and Ray Allen in Miami, and Kyrie in Cleveland to bail him out of these situations.

The only clutch moments of Lebron’s career were the ’07 Playoffs during the Pistons series, scoring the last 25 points for the Cavs against the Pistons; and the ’09 Eastern Finals against Orlando when he hit the buzzer-beating 3 pointer to win it, and that was only necessary because James and his supporting cast squandered an 18-point lead.

Kyrie wasn’t “allowed” by Lebron James to go ISO in the final minute of a tied game 7 in the Finals. Rather, it was Kyrie’s time to take over the game from then, and the “king”, the coaching staff and all the players, even the opposing team, knew it.

It was Kyrie Irving’s job to take the most crucial shots, and he got Lebron and the Cavs a ring to prove it. GIVE THE MAN CREDIT FOR HAVING THE BIGGEST BALLS ON A TEAM THAT HAS LEBRON “KING” JAMES.
