Go for a Legendary Look in Voltron T-Shirts

After the original series was one of the most beloved cartoons of the ’80s, it finally returned in impressive form on Netflix last year in the new reboot/revival series, Voltron: Legendary Defender. The second season hit late last year, and the third season just arrived today. Robot lions are forming giant robots again, and that much is right with the universe these days, at least.

Defend the world — or at least yourself from lesser nerdy fashion — with these fantastic Voltron t-shirts.

The ’80s were a glorious time, especially full of memorable and classic cartoons with all sorts of strange premises, the likes of which we don’t see done as much these days. Among them, of course, is Voltron: Defender of the Universe. And now, after a long wait, it’s just been revived by Dreamworks on Netflix, in the form of Voltron: Legendary Defender, to a strong reception.

With these nostalgic Voltron tees, this time, you can form the head.

We’ve still got about a month of summer left, and Netflix has been rolling out some impressive new original shows over the course of the whole summer this year. This week, we’re taking a trip back to the ’80s with t-shirts celebrating the hit Netflix original, Stranger Things. You’ll want to be wearing one of these if you’re going to confront the Demi-Gorgon.

There’s no nostalgia like ’80s cartoon nostalgia. In part because Hollywood can’t get enough of making modern movies based on ’80s cartoons that disappoint everybody who grew up with these memorable classics. And this time, we look at an ’80s favorite, G.I.Joe.

Got to get t-shirts — GO JOE!

While as a product line — and there’s no pretending the show wasn’t part toy commercial, like so many ’80s ‘toons — extends back much further, when people think G.I. Joe, they always think of the ’80s cartoon and G.I. Joe’s neverending battle with Cobra. And not so much the more recent live action movies.

If you’re going to dress like a hero, you can’t go wrong with an American hero. These tees are half the battle.

Further into September, though autumn nears, the summer heat’s not going anywhere soon around here. The fall TV season grows closer by the day, though. And then there’s trending t-shirts. Trending t-shirts are forever.

Rick and Morty — First up, we’ve got Rick and Morty tees trending. The cult favorite Adult Swim animated series is due back sometime before the end of the year, earlier than the previously announced expected 2017 premiere. You never know when they’ll finally announce the premiere date. Better catch up on these t-shirts. That’s one way to get schwifty.

Star Wars — Next up, of course, is Star Wars once again. And Star Wars is almost always trending. Every day that passes brings us closer to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. It’ll be here before we know it. And then it’ll be on to Episode VII. Never too early to gear up in these Star Wars tees from a galaxy far, far away.

Voltron — For some ’80s nostalgia, we’ve got Voltron tees trending this week, too. The new Netflix series, Voltron: Legendary Defender, a certified hit, already has a second season due out before year’s end, too. It’ll be like you’re forming the head every day with these trending tees.

Disney — Can you name a bigger company in cinema and television and cinema? We submit that you cannot! From their classic characters and movies to their newer acquisitions in Marvel and Lucasfilms for superhero and Star Wars movies, Disney’s cultural impact has been tremendous, and it’s only getting bigger. And these tees celebrating them are trending. Go on, wear the magic.

Godzilla — Whenever Godzilla’s around, it’s bad news for any other monsters that happen to show up. And any cities that happen to be in his way. And the people in those cities. But it’s awesome for us, the fans. And these Godzilla tees are trending again, offering up some monstrous style for your wardrobe. He’s got more movies coming up, too, both Japanese and western.

It’s August already. Can you believe it? We can’t. There’s still a lot of summer ahead, though, and these trending tees await your attention.

Overwatch — Blizzard took the world by storm a few months ago with Overwatch, one of the most colorful and lively first-person shooter video and computer games ever made. Its characters have stood out and been enjoyed by gamers across the whole internet ever since its release, and of course, you bet that leads to some great t-shirts. These tees are trending. You know what to do.

Voltron — It’s been a pretty big summer for ’80s nostalgia on Netflix, with Stranger Things turning into a smash hit just recently. Go on — check them out. It’ll be like forming the head.

Spider-Man — Spider-Man: Homecoming is coming, and the internet’s been abuzz. And of course, it’s been buzzing since Spidey made his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut a few months ago in Captain America: Civil War. It was pretty awesome. And so are these trending Spider-Man tees.
