Fate Of Mankind

Humankind arose from basic elements of nature which were Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, etc. Humans are always curious, curious to find and invent new things, curiosity to succeed in all aspects.

Now, a question arises how future humans will look like? How they will use resources of Universe, of course, they will use very renovated and higher technology than what we use today. How would have they progressed in the future concerning Type 1 civilization or Type 2 instead? Let us understand Kardashev Scale first, it is a method of measuring civilization’s level of technological elevation. Like we in 2021 lie neither in Type 1 civilization, for getting classified as Type 1 civilization, we should be able to utilize all available resources present on our home planet, Earth. Then comes Type 2 civilization, for getting classified as Type 2 civilization, we should be capable of harnessing energy radiated by our host star, which is our Sun. Then comes Type 3 civilization, civilization with access to power comparable to luminosity of entire Milky Way Galaxy, getting onwards to next civilizations, we wouldn’t be less than God, we will be able to control the whole Universe according to our interest.

But very soon (in 200-300 years) we will be classified as Type 1 civilization, but by that time, essential resources and non-renewable resources would have nearly demolished, we would have made Mars or Moon our future home planet because of the availability of the same resources as of Earth, if we somehow managed to live in The Solar System for many million years ahead, we will surely go extinct due to turning of our Sun into Red Giant. But don't worry, curiosity is the essence of our existence, we would have achieved superior technology, we would have translocated to other parts of this mysterious Universe, we would be thriving in other galaxies, or we would be living in Ultratech Space Colonies. And, that would be fun, for sure!

But ever wondered why not make Earth again a better place to live rather than thinking to shift the human race to other planets? You would have thought that, but many of us are stressed out due to our schedule, and with this scenario, we think that others are also there to save the planet Earth. Robert Swan once said that The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it. But my fellow human friend, conservation of nature is not only the work of Environmental Activists, you are also living in the lap of this grateful nature, at least try not to harm nature by polluting it.

Now, let us time travel 1 million years forward, you have enormous sources of energy, you can even travel faster than the speed of light, you can change the genetic design of your body, you can adapt to any type of condition either physically or mentally as Tardigrades do. But, still, you are not the controller of the Universe or might be you have achieved traveling to Multiverse, Black Holes might not affect your power, gravity won't work on you, now don't think you will do what Thanos wanted to do, his intention was right but his way was wrong, there will be no Iron Man to stop you.

Now, how will you end? What will happen in Universe that it will go extinct? Nobel Laureate Roger Penrose said that The Big Bang was not the start of this Universe, it was the end of the previous one. Same would happen in the future? Several hypothetical situations are there for the ending of Universe like Big Crunch, Big Freeze, etc. But what will happen with future humans? Will they survive this extinction? or will they teleport to another Universe (case of Multiverse)?
Unfortunately, I also don't know what will happen, but one thing I know that whatever will happen, will surely go above the understanding and science of the common man.
