
How can I develop self confidence and self esteem after a hard breakdown in Life
Firstly make up your mind to start off with new hope. This is a moment to celebrate and remember.
Start from zero level. At this point of time enjoy what you love to do. It may be watching movies, any hobby related activity, maybe a short trip to your desired destination, music etc. This will help you to reduce your depressive intensity. Once you make up your mind, just flush off the depression you were facing.
Now gradually start taking steps towards achieving your goal. It will automatically boast your self-confidence once you are done with your first step. Now you will take a little bigger jump towards step 2. This gradual process will boost your confidence and you are in progress mode which will increase exponentially. And now the time will arrive when you won’t look back again. Instead will held your head high to face the future or any challenges that arrives.
Don’t leave the battle field, don’t wait for anybody, just move on.
If you fall, start again with a new hope and intention. After all many failures combined together will lead you to a grand success.
Everything will be alright in the end and if it’s not right then it’s not the end. Make sure you enjoy playing in your life. After all life is a game. We need to master this Game of Life!!!
