There are three roles in the telkom design team. who will work on the telkom digital touch point and research

UX Researcher

Understand with design process. Work closely with project manager, dev team, and ux designer to identify research topics. Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods. Common research practices utilized include : In deep interview, user surveys, usability test, and heuristic evaluation.

UX Designer

Passion for art & design. Understand with design process. Work closely with project manager, dev team, and researcher to provide hif-fi mockup. Good in operationg design software. Like : Sketch App, Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and GoAbstract.. Proficient in illustrations and prototyping is a plus. Eager to learn

UX Writer

Good writing skills. Help UX designer to make great content. Understand with IT tagline.
