Connect Social comes to Telos
Telos Kitchen is hard at work bringing businesses and users to Telos.
We are excited to share that Connect Social is now live on the Telos main net. Connect Social is a digital marketing company offering tools and tactics for Merchants and Consumers to benefit by working together.
Connect Social originally connected with Telos Kitchen via a word-of-mouth, uncommissioned referral. Telos Kitchen first explained all the wonderful benefits of EOSIO vs less powerful blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Tron, and Stellar.
At our recommendation, Connect Social decided to use the Telos network because of the vibrant community, affordable resources, and enhanced functionality when compared to other EOSIO chains. Telos Kitchen developed and deployed the full stack Dapp, including a super thin back-end, smart contracts, and a responsive front end. The Telos Kitchen DAC voted and approved the use of our block rewards to cover all of Connect Social’s network resources for the first year.
Connect Social uses the preferred Telos Kitchen stack, including EOS Transit (including Keycat and SQRL integration), Vuejs, Quasar, and Gitlab CI/CD all nicely bundled in the continuously improving Telos Kitchen Dapp Template.
With Connect Social, shoppers can get paid for providing information on their purchasing behaviors and habits with Merchants, and Merchants are able continuously improve their product offerings.
The CONNECT token is provided to members of the network for participation, and the company pays 10% of all revenue to token holders via a revenue share token.
Connect Social expects to onboard 100,000 users in the next 12 months.
