Leadership and What to Look For

Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill, regarding the ability of an individual or organization to “lead” or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations .

Lets examine leadership and understand why certain individuals can and will answer the call for their perspective religion’s.

  1. Ask you coven, or church, or temple leader his or her background or resume. If they cannot produce these informative pieces to help you understand them then walk away.
  2. Does you leader offer to hold frequent meetings with other members on or off line or are they lazy and avoid the subject? Ask them if they have held any meetings off line this year? If not walk away/
  3. Is you leader employed? If not he or she probably cannot serve as bellwether for the church, coven, or temple. Financial difficulties often surface splitting apart the best organization or church or temple. If they are unemployed for more than six months beware as they may be relying on membership fees to fund their own well being.
  4. If your leader wrote a book, ask him if it was “self published” or was published if it was self published walk away chance’s are the book is full of little knowledge, most often self-published writers will give away their book with membership because they can’t sell them otherwise.
  5. What does you leader give back to the community? Can he help you in times of trouble or is he or she on S.S.I. And unable to help the membership? WALK AWAY!
  6. Does your leader promote freedom to worship anything and everything in any way you see fit, this does not occur in Reality Based Religion’s like Theistic Satanism.
  7. Does you leader travel, and can he or she travel to meet you or your family? IF NOT WALK AWAY leadership care about the people who are in its membership and interacts with them other than on Face Book, offering Solstice Meetings, and Rituals and if they DON’T WALK AWAY they are merely acting like a leader.

Theistic Satanism has many leadership roles, and selects those who are financially stable and who are employed because many of our individuals are professionals and can lead themselves, but in the path they choose they desire guidance, and only like minds can lead like minds.

Many churches,covens and the like that refuse to produce leaders are bound to FAIL WALK AWAY!
