How to Register for KYC/Whitelist

What is KYC?

KYC (know your customer) is the process of identifying personal data, when the client (a private individual) is required to provide some personal data that will confirm their identity.

[ICO Procedure]

  1. KYC identification -> successfully identified within 1 ~ 2 days
  2. Confirm address on TENA official website -> Send ETH -> Complete ICO participation

KYC schedule and required documents

  • KYC / Whitelist is available from Oct 19th 03:00 (UTC) until the main sale ends.
  • Required documents: National ID, driver’s license, passport (If the ICO is a foreign institution, the approval rate of the passport is the highest.)

How to participate in KYC / Whitelist

  1. Visit TENA’s official website, and register for KYC on the main page.
  2. Enter your personal information and your ETH address according to the instructions on the page.

3. Write the ETH amount you would like to participate in TENA ICO

This is only for reference and doesn’t affect the actual amount of ETH you send for ICO participation.

4. Upload ID card photo with a note.

Please attach a memo to your identification card stating the purpose (participation in TENA ICO), email upon enrollment, and date of request,

(Required) To protect your personal information, please cover the ID number.

5. Upload your photo with ID card and a note.

Upload the photo of your front face holding the ID card with a note prepared for the step 4 above.

6. KYC completed

Important Note

  • Please cover the unique identifying number(number of resident registration card, passport, driver’s license), when submitting your ID card photo. Otherwise KYC will be rejected.
  • Unclear photos that cannot be verified will fail to be identified.
  • US, Iran and Iraq nationality are not allowed to participate.

KYC/Whitelist Result

After KYC submission, result will be emailed to you within 1–2 days.
