Florida firm buys former Atlantic Club, won’t run it as a casino

Leading Florida real-estate firm TJM Properties, which is a privately held firm owned by Terence McCarthy of St. Petersburg, recently purchased the Atlantic Club for an undisclosed sum. According to the company’s spokes person, TJM Properties does not have any concrete plans as to the former Atlantic Club property, but will not manage it as a casino.
