Great post, Gonzalo. I’ve actually started the idea of note-taking while reading, also affected by Ryan Holiday. He has a valid point, but I’ve also noticed a similar problem with you. It changes the reading process and it’s not easy to take notes after every book that you’re reading.

I understand what you mean. As an introvert myself, I’m usually relying on my work to speak for itself. I don’t think that you have to scream to be noticed, but it’s a good reminder for all of us to prove our worth, right? :)
Great post! I agree with all the reasons that you’ve mentioned. I’m aiming for two books a month and it’s slightly challenging sometimes, so I definitely admire your dedication!
I’ve noticed that reading has really helped me in staying creative and it has also boosted my writing skills, even without realising it.
