Both sides of the aisle have been corrupted by corporate money, and their own greed. This all started many years ago. but became a formal declaration of war on labor with the Powell Memo, written by Louis Powell at the behest of the National Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber wanted a plan that would give business irrevocable power over labor. They have followed the Powell Memo and we now find our government, and our country to be an Oligarchy, and on the verge of becoming a full blown fascist regime.

The Memo was written in 1970 and in 1971 we began to see the conservative “think-tanks” springing up.

The only reasonable and bloodless solution to this problem is Democratic Socialism.

We should also institute a battery of psychiatric tests on any and all candidates who run for public office. We must be able to weed out the psychopaths, or we will end up with our very own “Hitlers” in positions of power.
