MLM Leads and Why You Should NOT Buy Them!

Have you considered buying MLM leads? Today we are continuing on with the rest of the 11 reasons why you shouldn’t buy them!

7. They lack information

When you buy MLM leads, you can only call them. And they will get tired of your phone calls! You can’t use these leads with your email or text.

You can’t go far with only phone calls, you need to be able to reach them via email, text messages and use their information with your automated systems to actually benefit from these leads.

8. You can’t follow-up with them

Your success in network marketing depends heavily on your ability to do timely and friendly follow-ups.

As I stated earlier, these leads are oversold and are so generic that by the time you call the person, they’re already annoyed and mad at you.

Imagine when you follow-up with them after 6 months. They would never join your company because so many people would have called them in this timespan.

Buying cheap MLM leads is worthless and you will never go far with them.

9. You can’t use them with your auto-responder

Calling these leads is fine for the first time, but if you are not able to put them in your auto-responder, you’ll never get any benefit out of them.

All successful marketers have a built a system to reach their leads and to follow-up with them, and they use auto-responders to work for them.

When you buy cheap MLM leads, you only get a phone number, sometimes you get an address or an email, but that too doesn’t give you an ability to send them emails as they haven’t opted in for it. So these cheap mlm leads aren’t worth anything!

10. They have a limited window of opportunity

The leads you buy have a very limited window to actually be useful. By the time you call them, you’re already at a disadvantage because they are annoyed, and by the time you follow-up, they have a vendetta against every MLM company and network marketer out there!

So these leads put you in a very bad position. The way I teach the art of generating leads lets you get solid leads that are ready to discuss business when you call them, they receive follow-up emails and texts from you so they’re never annoyed and most importantly, you build a business relationship with them over time.

11. They hurt the business

Buying MLM leads is never a good idea because they hurt the whole ecosystem of this business. In the race of getting quick and massive leads without doing any work is a notion that hurts you more than you realize.

The whole industry gets a bad name because of these low-quality, generic leads that are acquired through lousy means and sold to so many people that they become worthless to the buyers.

When people use these leads, they hurt the business and their chances of succeeding in it become slimmer.

So that’s why you should ABSOLUTELY never buy MLM leads.

But what do we do instead? What do we do that will make us successful in network marketing?

You see, when I was starting out I also bought 1000’s of leads. I called these people and I even signed up a few, I learned a lot about people and about selling. But what actually made me successful and ten-timed my income was social media.

It allowed me to create MLM leads for ABSOLUTELY free. And I never bought a lead again!
