Interesting. I did notice Kaiser’s tech upgrade. Its main result seems to be doctors having to type frenetically while they also try to talk with me. Not the best way to make one feel at ease. Invoicing remains atrocious. And I still think the Kaiser system tends to treat people like numbers to be hurried out as quickly as possible.
