Last night I read a local (Hawaii) news article where a policeman said people can protect themselves and police by taking video with their cell phones. He said police would be okay with video being taken. But he also said you must obey the officer’s orders. So what if you want to start taking video but the officer tells you not to? What if (s)he keeps telling you you can’t reach for your phone, meaning you won’t be able to take video? That scenario seems entirely plausible…
