From 16 to 26 April 2024, we will alpha launch our Tetriverse NFT game, in preparation for the official release in the spring/summer of 2024.

What is Tetriverse

Tetriverse is an NFT Tetris-like elimination game powered by Web3 and built on the V Systems‘ blockchain. We spiced up the traditional Tetris gameplay with creative adjustments, powered by Web3.0.

Tetriverse aims to empower all players across the globe and age groups to enter its immersive universe while earning rewards.

In the Tetriverse, users can earn TET tokens as well as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) of the Tetriverse’s main characters, the “Block People” (read more about the Tetriverse story).

Tetriverse players can enjoy different gameplay modes:

Classic mode: Standard Tetris game
Survival mode: Survive during a given amount of time to pass the level
Competition 1v1: Challenge one player
Competition PvP: Challenge up to 8 players
Item prop mode: Challenge other players and use special powers to hinder their progress, e.g., freeze your opponent’s screen

Tetriverse NFTs

There are 5 kinds of NFTs, including 1 Free NFT and 4 Rare NFTs:

White (M): Free NFT for all new users
Red (N): There’s a probability of 80% that you will receive this Rare NFT
Blue (R): There’s a probability of 13% that you will receive this Rare NFT
Purple (SR): There’s a probability of 6% that you will receive this Rare NFT
Orange (SSR): There’s a probability of 1% that you will receive this Rare NFT

Each NFT has a 60-day life cycle after activation.

Benefits of Rare NFT

Extra bonus in the daily survival point ranking
More rare NFTs correspondent to higher game levels, which, in turn, correspond to higher rewards
The more rare the NFT, the higher the probability of obtaining props in Item Prop Mode

In the future, users will be able to spend/earn TET tokens by purchasing/selling NFTs listed by other players in the Tetriverse marketplace.

Gameplay

Survival mode

It includes Free and Rare NFT levels. Level 1 is free, and you can participate with a free NFT (White). By playing Level 1, players can get a share of the TET prize pool every day.

Levels 2–10 require players to hold Rare NFTs. Players can obtain corresponding daily token rewards based on the rarity of the NFT used to access a certain Game Level. In addition, each level has its leaderboard. 6% of the total rewards for each level will be used to reward the top 3 scoring players. They will share 3%, 2%, and 1% of the total rewards respectively.

Competition mode

To play in the Competition mode, users need to purchase tickets for a $1 fee in TET tokens.

The Competition mode is divided into 2 modes. In a 6-person competition, the first place will receive a high reward of 3 tickets. Players ranking 2nd will win 2 tickets, and 1 ticket is awarded to the 3rd place.

In a competition between 3 people, the first place will get 2 tickets, while the second place will get 1 ticket. Players can continue to use tickets to participate in the Competition mode, or they can exchange tickets for TET tokens.

Classic mode

Classic Tetris gameplay. The player who survives the longest is the winner. After a game is over, players will receive ranking points for the corresponding mode, based on their ranking and on a seasonal basis (2-week cycle). There are separate leaderboards for single-player and multiplayer modes. After the season ends, players on the list will be able to get a share of a generous prize pool.

Prop mode

Based on the classic mode, 3 item props are added, namely Extra-brick, Screen-freeze, and Extra-speed. After completing 3 eliminations, players will have the chance to obtain 1 of these three props. The specific acquisition probability will be determined by the highest quality NFT held by the player. (SSR60% SR40% R25% N20% Free 15%).

After a game, players will receive seasonal ranking points for the corresponding mode based on their ranking. At the end of the seasonal cycle of 2 weeks, players on the list will be able to share the generous prize pool.
