Thank you for making clear where that 0.6℃ is coming from. But we can’t totally ignore El Niño and La Niña as far as climate change is concerned because the most recent El Niño set records for El Niños because of global warming. They need to be compared to other similar phenomena of the same type, and if they turn out hotter, then global warming is the likely culprit.
