The first vote in Tezos “Athens”

Our service started working in the Tezos system from the 11th cycle, so for us this vote is a very important point, although it does not carry any serious changes that will significantly affect the work of the blockchain, the process itself is important to us!

@LabosNomades made two changes for voting, one of them involves reducing the roll from 10 000 XTZ to 8 000 XTZ, and the second implies an increase in the GAS limit. Based on the survey, we voted for the adoption of both changes.
