Weight-loss and healthy Living Pays Off For Author Randy Jernigan
Weight-loss and healthy living is paying off for celebrity biographer Randy Jernigan.
Since the publication of his 2013 release Losing to Win! the Utah-based writer has kept himself busy working on a follow-up title, The Best I Can Be, expected out early Spring. Losing to Win! contained Jernigan’s account of losing 180 pounds and beating a perilous case of diabetes that nearly took the writers life.
The busy author has also penned another celebrity biography fast on the heels of his successful Marie Osmond tome. The Life and Career of Ellen DeGeneres, a Kindle release, will also make its appearance early Spring.
Jernigan is best known as a veteran entertainment journalist who has contributed over the years to national magazines, television programs, and also hosted a radio talk show for several years.
Jernigan had this to say about his Ellen DeGeneres release:
“I’ve always admired Ellen’s work — not just as a talk show host and comedian, but as a person too,” says Jernigan. “Ellen does a lot of wonderful things for people — on the show as well as in her personal life-that most people never hear about. She’s an inspiration to a lot of people out there and I’m excited to be including her in my fan book series,” said Jernigan.
Besides his new books Jernigan has also launched a new exercise and healthy living clothing line through merchandising giant CafePress Inc. and has signed on to host 30 new radio shows dealing with weigh-loss and healthy living.
Jernigan publishes through Creative Partners Books Inc.
