I see Simmons falling in love with Kyrie, but I’m disappointed in KOC thinking he would be better without LeBron. Fair…LeBron is the point guard, but we have a lot of evidence that Kyrie is just a short off guard. Bron puts him in the perfect position to do what he does well…get hot and score in bunches.

There’s a lot of evidence that Kyrie puts up stats without contributing to winning. The poor D is obvious, but he really doesn’t get teammates involved. Pre-Bron he topped out around 6 assists per game, and when you watch games now he is either incredible or an abomination on any given possession. I cringe when he takes the ball out of bounds because there’s a strong chance that we will have an 18 second (sometimes mesmerizing) possession where nobody else touches it.
