Thank you for that, Enric! It was pointed out in a twitter discussion how the art market is partially responsible for this jerking circle that became contemporary art and contemporary artists. Your point that trying to link games and art is actually a gate-keeping attempt of segregating "what is a game and what isn't" reminded me of that, since there are many forces responsible for creating this need for classification. It is not only capitalism, it is not only ego, it is not only the establishment, it is not only the freshness of the media. This is a complex problem with many intrications and no simple solution will fix it.
