#3: Stop wasting time on things like tv. Multi-task to make time for learning. E.g. Listen to audible books while driving. Set out on a continuous learning path.

#4: Find people you consider smart and make them you mentors… Ask them how they did that?

#5: Make a lot of decisions.. Fearlessly… Evaluate and iterate on each decision relentlessly.

#6: Set tangible bold goals that keep you awake at night.. Break them into small wins that will keep you motivated on day to day basis

#7: Surround yourself with smart and motivated people. Be humble and hungry.

#8: Don’t let yourself settle into comfort zone.
