Dr. Chichger and colleagues published in the journal Experimental Psychology, the studies show that a high-fat diet or junk food can result in increase of blood sugar as similar as type 2 diabetes.

Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes. The cause of this type is that a pancreas can’t create enough insulin. Different from type 1 , beta cells that create insulin are killed because of white blood cells don’t know what beta cells are.

Without effective treatment, the increase of blood sugar can harm kidneys. Due to kidneys are no longer to remove waste from your blood.

To reach their findings, Dr. Chichger and colleagues tested rats by feeding them junk food and high-fat diets , including cheese , chocolate and etc.The outcome was similar with type 2 diabetes rats like high blood glucose.
