Ummm, read the first half with a smile, having been through similar formula adjustment effluvia situations, and meant to just post a little something, sharing that feeling of powerlessness and sleep deprivation you described, but maybe that’d be mansplaining? Or manderstanding?
I’m glad to hear things worked out. One can never have too much formula, and when that day comes it is no longer needed, there are always plenty of people or places making sure it never goes to waste.
