Missing the point, son. It’s all about dev vs. prod. In dev, we want hot-reloading, in prod, we don’t really need it. In dev, RequireJS does not require a build step, and does not concatenate files. In Browserify, it’s the opposite. That makes it much easier for RequireJS to facilitate hot-reloading. There is nothing wrong with concatenation for production. And of course, RequireJS can do concatenation, when it comes time to deploy.
