Thank you for this well written and insightful post. It reminds me of how it felt to be bullied, and how I have to continually give pause -still, after 25 years- to make sure that I don’t become part of the gossip or part of some problem (how easy it is to slip up or not notice what’s really going on).

I hope this article will not only make us all stop and think about this meme, but the many that will follow it. Lewinsky’s quote at the end about writing with intention and not for attention is a great one. We can all benefit from slowing down and thinking before we act, especially online where it’s a lot easier to do.
