Great question, Drew! It really differs per office and per staffer. Some will notate a constituent calling multiple times on a topic, some will tell you they already have your position recorded. That said, sheer call volume has its own impact (staffers know something serious is up when the phone is ringing off the hook about a particular topic), so even if your repeated call doesn’t get tallied it still serves a purpose. Also, for issues that are constantly evolving (like the ACA repeal), calling with new specifics in your ask should lead to a new tally entry.
